Anntim, a licensed attorney and real estate broker, is the founder of Society Realty, and the brains behind its innovative, data and design driven approach that has achieved unparalleled results for our clients. His precise analytical methods track not only trends but also micro-movements in the market. He also has an excellent eye for design, and provides effective recommendations for preparing homes for sale according to our clients’ budgets. Anntim also utilizes Society’s own stats in setting a standard of transparency revolutionary in real estate. By implementing his methods, Society Realty has achieved a record of 100% of its listings sold over asking since 1/1/2019, and has also set several price records. Although he also has experience in multi-million dollar commercial real estate deals, he focuses primarily on our company achieving the best results for our clients in the residential market. Anntim received his B.A., U.C. Berkeley, with honors, in History. He studied Mandarin at Peking University in Beijing (UCEAP - 普通话). He received his J.D. from the U.C. Berkeley School of Law. Anntim speaks Mandarin, Spanish, understands Russian, and is fluent in Bulgarian.

Monica An, recognized as a 2022 & 2021 Real Estate All-Star by Los Angeles Magazine, is one of the founding members of Society Realty. She is an experienced real estate agent with an impressive sales record and has won accolades on the regional and national level at previous brokerages. In 2018, she not only achieved the highest in aggregate sales for the 91214 + 91020 zip codes, but also the highest in aggregate price over asking for her clients and, among agents with 5 or more listings, the highest average in price over asking for her clients. Monica’s husband, James, their children, Brian, Judy, and son-in-law, Anntim, are all licensed real estate agents. She has lived in La Crescenta for several decades and is grateful to her neighbors, fellow residents, and colleagues that make up this wonderful community.
BRIAN AN

Brian An is a licensed real estate broker who grew up in a real estate family. He holds a B.A. from U.C. Riverside and is fluent in Korean and Japanese, aside from his native English, and studies other languages as well. Brian is also a second degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. He plays the classical and electric guitar and composes as a hobby. Brian’s interests include linguistics, philosophy, foreign literature, and hiking. Brian attended grade school through 12th in La Crescenta and continues to reside here.

Judy is a licensed attorney and broker. She and Anntim have been married for over twenty years and are raising their kids in La Crescenta. She received her B.A. from Yale University, summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, in Russian & Eastern European Studies, with a concentration in Ukrainian. Judy received her J.D. & Law and Technology Certificate from the U.C. Berkeley School of Law. During law school, she also received a FLAS Fellowship for Bulgarian, and was inducted into Dobro Slovo, the National Slavic Honors Society. She loves languages, great books, Eastern European folk songs, and connecting with neighbors and people from all over the world.

James An is one of the founding members of Society Realty, and one of the most well-known agents in the La Crescenta/La Canada area, with an impressive career spanning almost three decades in real estate. James has won numerous accolades from his previous firms on the national and international level for his outstanding sales record. He and his wife Monica have a regular presence in Asian media. James knows every street in La Crescenta and La Canada, and has extensive knowledge of the Los Angeles area. James provides extremely knowledgeable advice on the local market, advising clients on profitable residential income, investment, and commercial properties.

Jane Kwon is the owner of popular restaurants in La Crescenta and Highland Park. Jane is an experienced agent who has used her skills as a successful entrepreneur and extensive knowledge in the restaurant industry to assist her clients in both commercial and residential transactions. She enjoys real estate because it gives her a chance to meet people from diverse backgrounds daily. She believes that meeting different people and learning more about their life stories and perspectives make you gain a deeper understanding about life. Jane, her husband, and their two adult kids have lived/worked in the La Crescenta area for 19 years and love the people and the majestic nature that surrounds this community.

Jonathan brings his background in the metals industry, his great attention to detail, and customer service experience, to his concierge services at Society. His interests include philosophy, reading, music, weightlifting, volleyball, hiking and healthy living. Jonathan enjoys the great outdoors.
